Each car is graded by an independent inspector — roughly 1 (rough) to 5 or S (near-new) — plus interior letters and a map of any marks. We translate all of it for you.

Absolutely. You set a firm maximum and we never bid a yen over it. If the car sells above your limit, we simply move on to the next candidate.
